Your Gift Card Warehouse is an online wholesaler which sells gift cards in bulk to corporate customers as well as buying gift cards from other companies. This website is not intended for personal consumers. This website is owned and operated by Ecommerce Support Solutions Limited (Registration Number: 605853), with office address at Building 1000 Units 1201 & 1202, City Gate Mahon Cork, Co. Cork, Ireland.
These terms and conditions of business govern the supply of products from www.yourgiftcardwarehouse.com. Please make sure that you read these terms and conditions carefully as they outline important information about how we do business with you, the client. If you do not agree to anything in these terms and conditions of business, then you may not use www.yourgiftcardwarehouse.com on behalf of your company.
1.Account registration
1.1 All clients looking to use the products and services offered by www.yourgiftcardwarehouse.com will need to register for an account with the website on behalf of their company.
1.2 Clients will be asked to verify their identity and the companies details that they work for.
1.3 There are no subscription or members fees for clients looking to purchase gift cards on www.yourgiftcardwarehouse.com and setting up an account is free.
1.4 Clients will be create a username and password which they will use to enter into their account. Clients are responsible for ensuring the security of their accounts and must not share this information with any third parties.
1.5 Clients that suspect that there may have been a breach on their account must contact us as soon as possible to let us know.
1.6 Clients will provide us without hesitation all information that we may need in order to carry out our due diligence checks.
1.7 This could include, but is not limited to, information regarding the owners of your company as well as identification evidence of your company directors or anyone who is authorised to place an order with us.
1.8 If you are required to provide further information as part of our due diligence process but fail to do then then we may, at our sole discretion, reject your application for an account at www.yourgiftcardwarehouse.com.
2.User Agreement
2.1 All clients must sign a User Agreement before they are able to purchase products and services on www.yourgiftcardwarehouse.com.
2.2 Clients must read this User Agreement carefully and must agree to be bound by it.
2.3 Any clients found to be violating the user agreement may have their account and access to www.yourgiftcardwarehouse.com terminated by us without prior notice.
2.4 The user agreement will be downloadable once you have registered for an account and begin the verification process.
3.Bulk Buying
3.1 In order to place an order with www.yourgiftcardwarehouse.com clients must order at least 100 units.
3.2 Orders can only be placed on behalf of a company and cannot be placed by individual consumers.
3.3 The products that are supplied (gift cards) will be subject to redemption terms which will apply between the client and the retailer which has issued the gift card. These terms do not form part of our terms and conditions and will be available to view on all relevant retailer’s websites.
3.4 Where we can, we ensure that the products can be redeemed in exchange for goods and services at the chosen retailer. Please note that we will not held liable if a retailer becomes insolvent or goes into administration.
3.5 The risk in the gift card will be passed on to the client when they have downloaded it. The products shall remain with www.yourgiftcardwarehouse.com until the payment has been processed.
3.6 The email help desk and contact support offices are open for clients that need any help with their bulk buying orders.
3.7 If we are unable to accept an order for a client for any reason then we will let them know.
4.Selling Gift Cards
4.1 Clients interested in selling gift cards may get in touch with us using the Sell Gift Card page on the website.
4.2 Authenticity and validity checks will be carried out on all proposed stock before it is accepted.
4.3 We reserve the right to reject any sales at our sole discretion.
4.4 Customers will be required to provide their payment information in order to receive payment.

5.Payment Terms
5.1 Prices on www.yourgiftcardwarehouse.com are always at a fixed rate off 15% off the RRP.
5.2 An additional 5% will be awarded to clients who spend more than 500,000 EUR in the same order.
5.3 Clients will pay all invoices in full before we are able to complete any orders.
6.Delivery
6.1 We shall use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the gift cards are delivered within a reasonable time frame.
6.2 We aim for this to be as soon as we have received the payment, but this can sometimes take longer than 24 hours depending on the order size.
6.3 Larger orders may take longer to process, up to 7 business days depending on the banking system for an invoice payment to clear.
6.4 All the products sold on www.yourgiftcardwarehouse.com are digital and will be emailed to the client using the email address associated with their client account.
6.5 There are no shipping or handling fees for any of the products sold on www.yourgiftcardwarehouse.com.
6.6 Products should arrive instantly, but in the event of a delay where more than 24 hours has passed since your payment has processed and you still have not received your order then please get in touch and one of our sales agents will look into this for you.
7.Return
7.1 Clients must notify us as soon as is reasonable possible and within two working days of delivery if there is a discrepancy between the quantity of products ordered and the quantity of products that have been delivered.
7.2 We will issue refunds in our sole discretion depending on the situation.
7.3 Gift cards are supplied with a specific validity period. After this time period has elapsed then the products become void and they cannot be redeemed. We cannot issue a refund to clients who have failed to take note of the expiry period of their purchased gift cards.
8.Terminations
8.1 To the extent that you or your employees or customers are entitled under applicable law to cancel the products that you have provided them with then you will be liable for all of the costs that are associated with such a cancellation.
8.2 Either party may terminate their account and contract at any time by giving their notice if either party has committed a breach of these terms and conditions.
8.3 Contracts may be terminated if either party suspends, or threatens to suspend all or a substantial part of their business.
8.4 We may terminate this contract with a client with immediate effect by giving written notice if a client fails to pay any amount that is due under this contract.
8.5 Termination of contracts shall not affect the rights or remedies that have accrued as at termination.
8.6 All payments shall be due immediately upon the termination of a contract.
9.Client Warranties
9.1 All clients must warrant and represent on an ongoing basis that:
a) They have the full capacity and authority to enter into a business contract with us.
b) That this business contract is executed by an authorised company representative.
c) That you ensure that all of the data that you have provided on behalf of your company is correct and up to date.
d) That you provide an answer to the intended use of the products that you plan to buy from www.yourgiftcardwarehouse.com.
9.2 All clients will cooperate with us in all manners related to the products and ensure that the same is done of their independent contractors.
10.Intellectual Property rights
10.1 All pre-existing Intellectual Property Rights shall remain the sole property of the originating party and the other party does not gain any access to these rights. Each party warrants to the other party that to the best of their knowledge, all materials, logos, information or other data that has been provided by that part in any media form does not infringe on any Intellectual Property Rights.
10.2 Clients shall indemnify and hold harmless Your Gift Card Warehouse and its affiliates and service providers from and against all costs, claims, demands, liabilities, expenses, damages or losses that they suffer on incur as a result of any claim or proceedings that are bought by a third party as a result of any goods or services that are supplied either to the client’s specification or in accordance with any information that has been supplied by the client.
11.Liability
11.1 The website www.yourgiftcardwarehouse.com exclude all implied conditions, warranties, representations or other terms that apply to this website and the content that is found here.
11.2 The company owners shall not be liable to clients for any loss or damage or breach of statutory duty.
11.3 In particular the company shall not be liable for any loss of profits, sales, business or revenue, business interruption, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business opportunity, any other indirect or consequential loss or damage.
11.4 Neither party will be liable for any loss or damage from any delay of failure to supply any of the products due to any circumstances beyond its reasonable control (Force Majeure Event) provided that the affected party informs the other party as soon as is practically possible.
